A large well-equipped kitchen/diner with table, chairs, oak fitted floor units, pine ceiling, spotlights, gas room heater, cylinder gas hob with extractor and hood, electric oven, microwave, fridge and fridge/freezer. Hot water throughout is provided by an electric immersion heater.
Also on the ground floor is a garage, for storage room only. There are 4 bicycles supplied, to be used at clients’ own risk.

Duvets, pillows and tea towels are provided. Towels, sheets and pillowcases are not included. Cot and baby bath are available.
The pretty, well-established, enclosed garden covering 360 square metres, has a paved patio with patio table and chairs, portable barbecue, loungers, a small rose garden, laurel and lavender bushes and a garden seat from which to enjoy the country views. Car parking space is provided alongside the garage door.
